The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. They can sense the left ear, the right ear, a space on the upper right corner, right directly above the mind space centered at the top and outside of the head all together.

I assure you that is not what is happening. People that have never been through this situation cannot possibly understand the endless multitudes of symptoms associated with this issue. It is far more than just hearing voices and seeing visions. Just about the entire point of Job was to demonstrate what a spirit attack looked like. It has very little if anything to do with anything else.
